As an avid “gym rat”, athlete, martial artist, DJ and someone who’s always on the go, Jonathan know’s what it feels like to push his body to the limits. Much of his knowledge comes from his time studying the top fitness experts in the world. While spending much of his time in the gym, dojo, field, or in a therapy setting, he learned to relate to not only the average person trying to get fit, but to the most elite athlete as well. In 2007, Jonathan’s world was turned upside down his father who had been diagnosed with cancer, died just 2 months later. Jonathan was in complete shock that someone who seemed so healthy and fun-loving, had been taken. Something didn’t make sense. From that point on, he became thirsty for knowledge on ways to improve his life and others so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else that he knew. As he looked around at all the people he knew, including family, friends, co-workers, he could see that there were many people that also needed help. With a thirst for knowledge, Jonathan began to study amazing mentors like Tony Robbins, Eric Thomas, Napoleon Hill, Karim Hajee, Dr. Wayne Dyer and listening to self-development and fitness experts such as Dr. John Spencer Ellis.
